Rockin’ Raku: Music & Art Showcase at Nicky’s

Nicky’s artist-in-residence, the wildly-creative artist and educator Dan McCabe and fellow ceramic artists Robin Power, Hubbel Radue, Colleen Walsh and Bridget Scales come together to showcase the stunning beauty of the raku firing process and kick off a summer of community building clay events at the Garage @ NOB, the garage gallery space behind Nicky’s.

Musical guest: Tongues Unknown – the musical project of Chicago-born/Brooklyn-based multi-instrumentalist Connor Grant and his band, described as “an 8-10 armed superorganism.” This event will be held outdoors in the parking lot. Attendees are welcome to bring lawn chairs.
