Summer Swelter at Horse Thief Hollow

Horse Thief Hollow’s biggest block party of the year is back on Saturday, August 15 (5–10 pm), taking over the brewery’s parking lot for a full-blown summer bash in Beverly. Chef Neil Byers is making German-style Jagerwurst sausages from scratch with locally sourced pork and beef, joined by Kimski’s Chef Won Kim on sides and fixings — a one-night-only mashup of European tradition and Korean-inspired creativity you won’t find anywhere else. HTH’s craft beers will be flowing all day, with 3 Floyds cocktails on hand for anyone looking to switch things up.

As evening rolls in, a free outdoor concert from The Juke Shakers and The Bourbon Belts takes over from 6:30–9:30 pm (BYO lawn chair). The party spills out further with a pop-up artisans market featuring local vendors slinging everything from face painting and handcrafted jewelry to soaps, cassette tapes, custom lip gloss, and desserts — plus a bike safety station offering free air fill-ups and tune-ups. It’s free, family-friendly, and pure Beverly summer: bring your appetite, your chair, and your bike, and come sweat it out with the neighborhood. In case of bad weather, the party will move indoors, so the good times are on rain or shine.
